TicTalk

TicTalk Resembles a stopwatch more than a phone. That said, the TicTalk is sturdy and definitely geared toward children and preteens. Parental controls include programming numbers as well as the ability to program call times. It also features several educational games. The TicTalk isn’t available at Amazon (it says it’s not sure when or if it will be back in stock), and there have been no new reviews of the phone since 2005. The TicTalk was originally distributed by Enfora, which later partnered up with Leap Frog.
